PRESENTATION

ADID is a newly founded association, established in May 2001, for those enthusiastic of " grappa " but wishful to advance their knowledge in other distillations.

It's a non-profit association created as a result of an authentic passion: to encourage research, to protect and to enhance the values of the "grappa" and of other distillations and at the same time to promote it in the local culture.

For this specific reason, our Association is very active in organizing guided tasting sessions.

Lectures, conferences and activities relating to all possible knowledge concerning "grappa" and other distillations.All these do not interfere in following the important role of "grappa" and of distillations in the enogastronomic and catering world and thus facilitate the relation between producers and consumers through special evenings taking place both in Italy and abroad.
